Residential Solar Water Heating with Energy Management Program = $1,237,500/yr.

Eligible: Existing customers
Equipment: solar thermal water heating system coupled with residential demand response equipment
Incentive: 1) One time $550 rebate
2) Monthly bill credit for demand response program

Residential Low-income Solar Water Heating = $90,000/yr.
Eligible: Non-profit low income residential builders or families - new construction or refurbished housing
Equipment: solar thermal system
Incentive: Total cost of solar thermal system plus installation

Residential Solar PV = $1,000,000/yr.
Eligible: Existing or new customers - new construction or refurbishing
Equipment: PV systems
Incentive: $2/dc watt rating up to $20,000 for new PV system
Will be annual reservation process for pre-approval of systems
Designed to work with state rebates and to max at $4/ dc watt when all state, local and PEF incentives combined

Commercial Solar PV = $1,000,000/yr.
Eligible: Existing or new customers -
Equipment: new PV systems
Incentive: Tiered incentive levels based on the PV dc rating
$2/watt for first 10kW
$1.50/watt for 11-50 kW
$1.00/watt for 51-100 kW
Total incentive limited to $130,000 based on max installation of 100kW
Will be annual reservation process for pre-approval of systems
Designed to work with state rebates and to max at $4/watt dc when all state, local and PEF incentives combined

PV for Schools = No figure given in filing but if you subtract other amounts get $2,816,712/yr
Eligible: Public schools and post secondary schools by competitive process based on attendance and consumption on main campus combined with Florida’s SunSmart E-Shelters Program
Equipment: PV system, installation and operation for 5 years by PEF
Incentive: Total cost, installation and operation of PV system for 5 years by PEF

Research and Demonstration Renewable Projects = $323,380/yr. (5% total renewable portfolio $)
Eligible: Renewable energy demonstration programs
Equipment: As proposed
Incentive: PEF will research, design and test solar and renewable energy projects
